Job summary

AMGEN Capability Center Portugal, located in Lisbon, seeks a Transfer Pricing Manager to lead the global documentation process, including OECD Master File and local country filings, collaborating with Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain to reflect evolving business operations.

You will guide end-to-end documentation, governance, and risk management, with exposure to planning, audit defense, and cross-functional initiatives in a high-impact tax function.

Qualifications

• Experience in transfer pricing within a multinational enterprise or public accounting.
• Experience supporting transfer pricing documentation across multiple jurisdictions.
• Background in economics, accounting, finance or taxation.
• Advanced degree or professional qualification is a plus.
• Experience in the life sciences/pharma or IP-driven industries.
• Familiarity with data analytics, process automation or AI-enabled tax solutions.
• Experience coordinating with geographically dispersed teams across time zones and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the OECD Master File, U.S. and non-U.S. transfer pricing documentation cycle, including planning and finalization.
• Perform functional/economic analyses and review benchmarking studies for consistency.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Supply Chain and regional tax teams to reflect business operations in TP documentation; develop SOPs and templates.
• Support AI-enabled templates, automation, data management tools, and governance of TP documentation processes.
• Identify potential TP documentation, audit and controversy risks and communicate recommendations to senior tax leadership.
