Job summary

Richemont, a world leader in luxury, seeks a Business Analyst Global Trade Management in its IT/GrpTech team to drive SAP GTS initiatives across Trade Preference, Customs, and Compliance. You will ensure integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA, Supply Chain, and logistics data for a unified Global Trade solution.

Ideal candidates have SAP GTS expertise, SD/MM background, ABAP reading, and fluent English; French is a plus. This role is based in Portugal with a collaborative, international team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in business administration.
• 3+ years SAP GTS project experience or 6+ years SAP SD/MM project experience.
• Expertise in SAP GTS Trade Preference and Customs Management.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC/S/4HANA integration for GTS.
• Fluent in English; French a plus.
• Basic ABAP reading and debugging skills.

MAIN PURPOSE

The Candidate will join the Richemont IT department (GrpTech) as Business Analyst Global Trade Management and will participate to the Projects related to the Global Trade Area: Trade Preference, Customs Management and Trade Compliance.

The Applicant will ensure that the Global Trade solutions designed are well integrated with the Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, Manufacturing and Article Master Data processes of the SAP ERP system.

As part of the Global Trade Management Team, this person will contribute together with existing team in developing the existing Template solution & provide expert support for the team Functional scope.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in business administration.
• Minimum 3 years successful experience in SAP project implementation as project member in the SAP GTS area (Import, Export, Trade Compliance)
• OR
• Minimum 6 years successful experience in SAP project implementation as project member in the SAP SD/MM area (training on GTS will be provided)
• Ideally, expert in SAP GTS:
• Strong knowledge & experience in the SAP GTS Trade Preference application (applied to Swiss Free Trade Agreements and/or EU FTAs).
• Experience in the SAP GTS Customs Management application (preferably in Switzerland, e.g. EDEC & NCTS transit (now PASSAR) or Germany, ATLAS solution or France DELTA).
• Knowledge and experience about SPL (Sanctioned Party List) is a plus.
• Applications of SAP SD/MM consultants with a strong motivation to learn GTS will be considered.
• Basic ABAP reading and debugging skills required.
• Knowledge of standard SAP ECC or SAP S/4 Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing and Distribution flows, for SAP GTS integration purpose is required.
• Fluent in English is mandatory, French is a plus.
