Boston Consulting Group is seeking a leader to shape how the Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice operates, connects, and shares knowledge globally. You’ll drive strategic communications, governance, and initiatives with senior leadership, translating priorities into coordinated actions and measurable impact.

You will partner with the GPMD and PAL to set priorities, craft narratives, and manage executive communications, ensuring efficient, AI-enabled processes and strong stakeholder

Qualificações

• Experience leading strategic operations, communications, or program management in a global org.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills for exec audiences.
• Strong program and project management capabilities from planning through execution.
• Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience integrating AI tools into communications and knowledge management.
• Experience coordinating executive meetings and governance cadences.
• Strong analytical, data-driven approach to improve processes and outcomes.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle priorities globally.
• Collaborative, adaptable mindset with drive for continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the operating rhythm of the global Practice Area, coordinating priorities, communications, governance, and initiatives.
• Manage leadership cadences, prepare materials, drive follow-up actions, ensure alignment.
• Partner with GPMD and PAL to shape priorities, narratives, and communications.
• Own the global communications strategy and editorial calendar across channels.
• Draft executive-quality communications and presentations for global audiences.
• Lead PMO activities and manage timelines, milestones, risks, and governance.
• Scale AI-enabled workflows across content creation, planning, knowledge management, and operations.
• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities to improve collaboration and efficiency.
• Measure impact of communications and AI-enabled processes using data and feedback.
• Manage knowledge & collaboration resources to keep information current and governed.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders to align and accelerate execution.
