Candidates should have 8+ years in Test Management, ISTQB certification is valued, and French language skills are mandatory.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of Test Management experience.
• ISTQB knowledge/certification is highly valued.
• Experience in insurance or banking projects is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of testing projects from planning through execution and closure.
• Define and implement test strategies for complex projects.
• Plan, monitor and control testing activities, budgets, timelines and quality.
• Coordinate testing teams and ensure delivery according to agreed objectives.
• Manage testing risks, dependencies and mitigation plans.
• Organise and facilitate test governance meetings and project committees.
• Produce test progress reports and support Go/No-Go decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, business stakeholders and technical teams.
