EDP's Global Tax Hub in Lisbon is seeking a skilled tax professional to support strategic tax planning, transaction structuring, and cross-border initiatives across the EDP Group, with emphasis on North American matters. You will engage with local tax teams and external advisors to drive value and risk management.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in corporate tax with international exposure, strong English, and advanced MS Office skills.

Qualificações

• Economics, business or tax degree required.
• 5–8 years of corporate tax experience with international exposure.
• English proficiency (advanced) in speaking and writing.
• Strong MS Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Independent, proactive and detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to strategic and transversal tax projects, including M&A tax structuring and due diligence.
• Lead cross-border tax planning initiatives and tax policy development.
• Collaborate with local tax teams on restructuring, optimization and risk management.
• Assess tax contingencies and opportunities to create value.
• Provide tax support to North American platform and coordinate with external advisors.
• Oversee tax reporting and align local and Global Tax Hub activities.
