Jobgether in Portugal seeks a Social Media Analyst to bring a global brand’s strategy to life across English, Spanish, and Portuguese markets. You will manage day-to-day channel execution, adapt content to feel native, and focus on meaningful engagement rather than posting targets.

You will collaborate with strategists, creative teams, and external creators to deliver high-quality social experiences, monitor conversations, track performance, and address issues quickly. Fully remote role.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of experience managing branded social media accounts.
• Fluent English plus Spanish or Portuguese, with working proficiency in the third language or plan to develop it.
• Ability to interpret social media performance data and adjust content strategy.
• Experience briefing and coordinating external creators, freelancers, or content contributors.
• Strong understanding of social media best practices and localized content adaptation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for multiple markets.
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a fully remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day social media presence across Instagram in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
• Execute the content calendar across all three languages with native-feel localization.
• Prioritize meaningful engagement and audience interaction.
• Identify required creative assets and brief the creative team with direction.
• Brief and coordinate external creators producing membership-related content.
• Track engagement, saves, shares, reach and other metrics for each market.
• Monitor brand mentions and conversations across social channels and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Strategist to optimize content execution based on performance insights.
