Continental is seeking a Software Developer for the Solution Development Center to develop, industrialize and support shopfloor solutions for tire production.

You will work with .NET, Python and Docker, analyze requirements, pilot new features, and support 20 plants globally in an international team.

The role offers a flexible working model and opportunities to grow in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualificações

• Academic degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or other related qualification.
• 1+ year of professional software development experience, ideally in manufacturing or shopfloor.
• Proficient in C# / .NET and Python development (Unit Testing is a plus).
• Experience building and deploying applications with Docker and containerization.

Responsabilidades

• Develop shopfloor solutions based on requirements using .NET, Python, OPC UA and Docker.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical implementations.
• Collaborate on piloting new features in tire plants.
• Work in an international, multicultural team across 7 locations.
• Provide remote and occasional on-site 3rd level IT support for 20 tire plants globally.
