DBServices Portugal is seeking an experienced SAP & Procurement Transformation Project Manager to lead complex technology and business transformation programs in a global environment. The role focuses on delivering SAP, P2P and Coupa integrations across multiple countries, coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Proven experience managing complex SAP projects in international environments.
• Hands-on with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP integrations and connected enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, indirect/non-trade.
• Solid Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and/or Source-to-Pay experience.
• Experience with Coupa, and SAP integrations.
• Experience managing external vendors/partners and stakeholders.
• Ability to understand technical discussions on system integrations.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management.
• Fluent English with international stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SAP and Procurement transformation projects across multiple countries.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and milestones.
• Coordinate rollouts across different countries and SAP environments.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Procurement, Finance, IT, and partners.
• Lead integrations between SAP, Coupa, and satellite systems.
• Coordinate technical and functional teams for ERP integrations.
• Ensure data flows and interfaces alignment across systems.
• Identify blockers, manage risks, and support decisions.
• Maintain governance, reporting, and change control.
• Facilitate cross-country communication across cultures and time zones.
