Continental is seeking a Product Owner / Central Key User for SAP-PM & PUMA to drive the global rollout and standardization of maintenance management solutions. You will bridge business users, plants, developers, and Central IT to ensure measurable value through improved usability, processes, and performance.

You will manage the backlog, coordinate testing and releases, and work with Central IT and vendors to deliver enhancements and KPI-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Process or Industrial Engineering or comparable qualification.
• 2+ years of experience in Maintenance, Asset Management, or Material Management.
• SAP user experience, ideally SAP PM.
• Manufacturing experience (ideally >3 years).
• Experience with CMMS solutions and maintenance processes.
• Experience in international projects and cross-functional environments.
• Strong understanding of maintenance processes and asset management.
• Knowledge of SAP PM and CMMS best practices.
• Familiarity with maintenance KPIs, reliability concepts, and process optimization.
• Experience with requirements management, testing, and release coordination.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management (a plus).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and execution focus.
• Clear and open communication.
• Intercultural sensitivity and collaboration skills.
• Customer-oriented thinking.
• Proficient English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Own and prioritize the CMMS (SAP-PM/PUMA) product backlog, roadmap, and release planning.
• Act as the central point of contact for local key users, providing functional support and driving issue resolution.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, system releases, and change management activities.
• Collaborate with Central IT, developers, consultants, and vendors to deliver system enhancements.
• Drive global process standardization and continuous improvement across all plants.
• Organize key user communities, best-practice sharing, and training activities.
• Maintain system documentation, knowledge bases, and user communications.
• Monitor KPIs and support initiatives to improve system performance, user adoption, and data quality.
