Hexa People is seeking a Global Procurement Process Transformation Owner to lead the standardisation and ongoing evolution of Source-to-Contract and Supplier Relationship Management processes across the organisation.

You will own the core process model and operating model for supplier onboarding, sourcing, contracting, and supplier performance, driving digital adoption and measurable business value.

Qualificações

• Significant experience in Procurement, Source-to-Contract, Supplier Management and global business-process transformation.
• Proven ability to lead standardisation of processes and operating models in large, multinational organisations.
• Strong stakeholder-management, change-leadership and technology-alignment capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the global S2C and SRM processes, standards, governance framework and Target Operating Model.
• Lead global process harmonisation and support regions in gap analysis and adoption of the core model.
• Translate business requirements into procurement technology solutions and scalable configurations.
• Define and monitor global KPIs for process performance, adoption, maturity, compliance and user experience.
• Identify and scale continuous-improvement opportunities involving AI, automation, analytics and new procurement technologies.
• Team management of Business Analysts.

We are looking for a Global Procurement Process Transformation Owner to lead the definition, standardisation and continuous evolution of our Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) processes.

You will own the core process model and Target Operating Model across supplier onboarding and qualification, sourcing, contracting, supplier segmentation, performance, risk and continuous improvement.

You will work across Procurement, business and technology teams to create globally scalable processes, accelerate digital adoption and translate opportunities in AI, automation and analytics into measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously evolve the global S2C and SRM processes, standards, governance framework and Target Operating Model.
• Lead global process harmonisation and support regions in gap analysis, transition planning and adoption of the global core model.
• Translate business requirements into effective procurement technology solutions and scalable system configurations.
• Define and monitor global KPIs covering process performance, adoption, maturity, compliance and user experience.
• Identify and scale continuous-improvement and innovation opportunities involving AI, automation, analytics and new procurement technologies.
• Team management of Business Analysts

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Economics, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in Procurement, Source-to-Contract, Supplier Management and global business-process transformation.
• Proven experience leading process standardisation, operating-model or digital-transformation programmes within complex international organisations.
• Strong stakeholder-management, change-leadership and technology-alignment capabilities; experience with SAP, Ivalua, Ariba, Coupa or comparable procurement platforms is highly desirable.
