Boston Consulting Group in Lisbon seeks an experienced professional to own and evolve the Case Risk Rating framework within the Enterprise Risk Management team. You will translate risk requirements into clear specifications, oversee data inputs, and ensure the framework aligns with BCG's risk appetite across the global client portfolio.

Qualificações

• 5–8+ years of experience in risk management, risk operations, or analytics.
• Experience owning a risk or compliance framework is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and data skills with dashboards or reporting.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Own the CRR framework end-to-end, including methodology and scoring logic.
• Monitor portfolio risk and prepare governance-ready risk insights for leadership.
• Collaborate with CRR product team and data owners to evolve data requirements.
• Ensure data quality, escalations, and alignment with risk appetite.
