A OESL-Automotive procura um Category Manager para liderar a gestão de portfólio, definir estratégias e monitorar a execução junto de equipas internas, fornecedores e áreas de negócio. Integrará processos de sourcing, gestão de contratos e alinhamento com as partes interessadas para assegurar o equilíbrio entre risco e retorno.

O candidato ideal possui experiência em compras, capacidades de negociação e visão estratégica para desenvolver um portfólio competitivo.

Qualificações

• Formação superior na área relacionada.
• Experiência profissional equivalente também considerada.
• Experiência mínima de 3 anos em Compras, pelo menos 1 na indústria automotiva.
• Gestão de projetos é um plus.
• Exposição a negócios internacionais.

Responsabilidades

• Definir e manter a estratégia de portfólio alinhada às necessidades da OESL.
• Conduzir negociações comerciais dentro do escopo definido e apoiar compras avançadas.
• Relatar o desempenho das categorias e partilhar previsões de mercado com as partes interessadas.

Job Description

We are searching for a Category Manager, responsible for the management of the portfolio category(ies), define related strategies in line with the business area orientation and the internal needs, execute implementation and for the management of the business related to the Category. Responsibilities

Category Strategy

Define and maintain portfolio strategy in line with OESL needs and define a well balanced portfolio to minimize risk, to ensure flexibility, to get an advantage position on the supplier market. Define, deliver and update a Sourcing List. Share supplier gap with SSD (Strategical sourcing department) and align with them on priorities and criterias for potential new suppliers Identify saving potentials and ensure its execution Present and align the strategies with OESL stakeholders.

Commercial

Handle all negotiations of defined scope of responsibilities Negotiate and maintain necessary contracts Support Advance Purchasing with complex / difficult negotiations Be the official interface of OESL toward the supplier Reporting

Reporting

Share market situation with stakeholders Forecast expected price development Report Categories performance in regular base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree;
• in exceptional cases anequivalent professional experience;
• At least 3 years in Purchasing, at least 1 in automotive;
• Project Management experience is a plus;
• Exposure to International Business
