Job Description
We are searching for a Category Manager, responsible for the management of the portfolio category(ies), define related strategies in line with the business area orientation and the internal needs, execute implementation and for the management of the business related to the Category. Responsibilities
Define and maintain portfolio strategy in line with OESL needs and define a well balanced portfolio to minimize risk, to ensure flexibility, to get an advantage position on the supplier market. Define, deliver and update a Sourcing List. Share supplier gap with SSD (Strategical sourcing department) and align with them on priorities and criterias for potential new suppliers Identify saving potentials and ensure its execution Present and align the strategies with OESL stakeholders.
Handle all negotiations of defined scope of responsibilities Negotiate and maintain necessary contracts Support Advance Purchasing with complex / difficult negotiations Be the official interface of OESL toward the supplier Reporting
Share market situation with stakeholders Forecast expected price development Report Categories performance in regular base.
