Zusammenfassung

Keenfinity Group seeks a Project Buyer to drive successful component and supplier selections, cost management, and quality standards across international operations. The role focuses on ensuring material availability up to SOP, managing change and risk, and supporting quotations to meet sales targets.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in project buying, is fluent in English and Portuguese, and can work from the office in Ovar two days a week.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electronic/Mechanical engineering or business management.
• 3–5 years' experience as a project buyer; sales/commercial exp is a plus.
• Experience in an international business environment.
• Proven problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Proven track record leading complex projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work 2 days per week in the office in Ovar.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (verbal and written).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and purchasing tools (Ivalua/Ariba).
• Good knowledge of ERP-SAP.

Aufgaben

• Ensuring project targets are met (Quality, Cost and availability).
• Support in commercial quotations (Material Costing) to reach sales strategy and goals.
• Ensure supplier selection for components and/or products aligns with supplier strategies.
• Defining quality requirements and ensure compliance with technical standards.
• Take responsibility for material availability until the Start of Production (SOP).
• Change Management until End-of-Life of the Product.
• Risk mitigation & escalation management to ensure project targets.
