Qualificações

• Around 5 years of experience managing and developing accounts across agencies, trading desks or brands.
• Strong understanding of the programmatic landscape.
• Experience in digital media with hands-on programmatic and media sales.
• Tenacity and drive to meet targets.
• Interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Teamworking and collaborative approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage projects.
• Strategic thinking and analytical reporting.
• Flexible, fast-paced adaptiveness.

Responsabilidades

• Promote products via a three-year strategic roadmap including market research.
• Lead programmatic advertising evangelization and awareness.
• Coordinate activities to promote and raise service awareness.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Generate leads and conduct cold calls.
• Meet with clients face to face or by phone.
• Build long-lasting client relationships.
• Assess client needs and propose action plans.
• Strategize and plan operational changes.
• Understand products and advise teams accordingly.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment for change initiatives.
• Train local sales teams and coordinate external training.
• Discuss promotions with marketing and coordinate with logistics.
• Stay updated on trends and track revenue with product lead.
