IQVIA is seeking an Associate Principal to lead high-quality research and consulting engagements for global pharmaceutical clients. You will manage day-to-day delivery, maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to business development and cross-geography collaboration with IQVIA teams.

You will drive end-to-end project delivery, design methodologies, and help shape scalable offerings while mentoring junior staff within a global context.

Qualificações

• 8+ years' experience in life sciences consulting, healthcare, or market research.
• Experience leading projects end-to-end with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into strategic insights.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a primary contact for clients on projects and build trusted relationships.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated research and consulting projects.
• Design robust research and analytical approaches using IQVIA data assets.
• Support business development including proposals and client presentations.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams across geographies.
