We are looking for a Global Product Manager, Filtration Fabrics to be based in Ovar or Tampere.

Fabrics Filtration Technology Unit supplies filter fabrics and filtration expertise to our global customers in mining and chemical industry.

Responsibilities

As a Global Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our filter press cloth business in the mining industry. You will work in close and active operation with our customers and partners. You will also be actively involved in product development. Active product portfolio management is one of your tools to ensure profitability. You are motivated to further developing our sales and operations processes.

Who You Are

• You hold an M. Sc. or B. Sc. in Engineering or equivalent.
• You are experienced in sales and product management and have knowledge in key account management.
• You have a good knowledge of mining industries.
• You are results- and sales-oriented, customer-focused, a team player who can turn customers' needs and opportunities into sales.
• You can work independently and know how to build and cherish long-term customer relations; you are good at networking with internal and external partners.
• You have effective written and verbal communication skills in English, along with presentation and negotiation skills.
• You have a proactive and independent working style together with a team player attitude.
• You are willing to travel on an international basis.

What You'll Do

• Global product line budget and sales responsibility.
• Develop our business together with our global sales teams.
• Ensure and maintain a good product portfolio for the product line.
• Close collaboration with our R&D.
• Travel and visit customers actively and support visits to different sales teams when needed.
• Close collaboration with our business partners.
• Support and oversee global sales teams as a global product manager.
• Maintain global sales forecasts together with global production planning.
