A leading automotive company located in Aveiro, Portugal, is seeking a candidate to support buyers and maintain product and supplier data. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or a degree related to business, strong communication skills in English, and proficiency with MS Office. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Role

The main missions of the role are:

• Support Buyers in issues resolution and system setup (SAP Ariba and SAP) – strategy application, contracts, RFQ’s, invoice management, etc.
• Maintain product and supplier master data
• Support user in the day-to-day use of Ariba by explaining and applying the P2P process and rules
• Ensure compliance with Faurecia purchasing procedure

The Ideal Candidate Will Have/be

• High school, Degree in business school or purchasing related
• Ability to communicate in English
• Knowledge of French, Spanish or German is a Plus
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Analytical mindset
• Data cruncher
