AUTODOC is expanding its Private Brands packaging function across Europe. You will lead the development, implementation, and lifecycle management of our packaging strategy for all Private Brands, handling specifications, labeling, sustainability, and data governance in our PIS.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Product Data, and Legal to deliver compliant, cost-effective packaging solutions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Product Development, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in packaging engineering or management.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, production processes, compliance standards, and labeling lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Own the strategy, creation, and optimization of technical packaging specifications, labeling standards, and durability parameters across all Private Brands.
• Lead packaging development through the product lifecycle for new launches and supplier updates.
• Ensure compliance with current and upcoming EU packaging legislation and recyclability standards.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Product Data, and Legal as the primary technical contact for external suppliers.
• Optimize packaging dimensions and construction to reduce logistics costs and damage.
• Manage packaging master data, technical approvals, and documentation in the Product Information System (PIS).
• Monitor KPIs, customer feedback, and warranty insights to drive improvements and design enhancements.
