DSV Group PMO in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large corporate projects aligned with the company strategy. You will collaborate with teams across road, air & sea, logistics, HR, and IT, travelling 10–20 days annually to ensure cross-functional delivery and governance.

You will manage budgets, lead diverse stakeholders, and drive change in a fast-paced, multinational setting. Fluency in English and 7+ years in PM are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 7+ years of continuous project management experience with large corporate projects.
• Experience with PMO in multinational companies and global projects is preferred.
• Fluent in English; able to interact with C-level stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop projects from initiation to operations following PMO process and governance.
• Coordinate project members across multiple teams and country implementations.
• Oversee budgets and cost control to maximize efficiency and value.
• Manage external partners, service providers, and consultants.
• Track progress and deliver regular project reporting.
• Identify and manage risks and issues with stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, project boards, and townhall meetings.
