Joom is seeking a Senior Payments Manager to drive regional payment methods, partner negotiations, and global deployment of payment solutions. The role supports strategic partnerships and ensures compliant, scalable payment flows across the group.

You will design and optimize payout architectures in line with PSD2, monitor metrics, and maintain key relationships with international payment providers while collaborating with teams worldwide. English proficiency is essential for this global role.

Qualificações

• Fluent English required for global collaborations.
• Experience negotiating with payment partners and signing contracts.
• Proficiency in PCI DSS compliance and security standards.
• Strong understanding of payment systems and end-to-end delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze financial flows to identify the most relevant payment methods for regions (Europe, Asia, LatAm).
• Lead payment partner negotiations and contract drafting.
• Launch and scale new payment methods across Joom Group’s units globally.
• Design merchant payout processes in line with PSD2 standards.
• Track payment and refund metrics to uncover insights and bottlenecks.
• Maintain relationships with international payment systems and monitor performance.
