Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Network Engineer to design and maintain a scalable global network that connects offices, cloud environments, and financial partners. You will build automated, secure services that empower rapid delivery while meeting regulatory standards.

You will lead mid-sized projects, manage WAN/LAN/SASE environments, and drive performance improvements across the network stack. Strong automation and API integration are essential, as is collaboration with security teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Experience with Cisco and Fortinet technologies.
• Deep understanding of routing, switching, firewalls, and SD-WAN.
• Practical knowledge of SASE platforms like Zscaler or Cloudflare.
• Automation experience with Terraform or Ansible.
• Ability to integrate systems programmatically using APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for critical incidents.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Designing and supporting high-availability networks across offices, Azure/GCP, and financial partners
• Leading mid-sized projects from planning through deployment and performance optimisation
• Managing WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, and SASE environments using Cisco, Fortinet, Zscaler, and Cloudflare
• Optimising global wireless infrastructure, including capacity planning and surveys
• Ensuring compliant connectivity to banking partners and regulated environments
• Driving automation via Terraform and Ansible to standardise configurations
• Integrating network systems with monitoring and security platforms using APIs
• Exploring AI-driven solutions to enhance incident response and performance monitoring
• Collaborating with security teams to implement zero-trust principles
• Managing vendor relationships and tracking SLAs to ensure peak service performance
