Qualifications

• MD or equivalent medical degree required.
• Strong knowledge of global pharmacovigilance and safety reporting.
• Experience with regulatory requirements and GCP.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medical safety reviews across clinical development and post‑marketing data (AEs, ADRs, seriousness, causality, expectedness, benefit‑risk).
• Provide medical oversight of safety documentation ( narratives, reports, risk management plans, regulatory submissions ).
• Support governance activities (DSMBs, Safety Monitoring Committees, medical information escalations).
• Represent safety functions to clients and internal teams; ensure timely deliverables and quality.
• Lead and develop medical safety teams, including workload planning and mentoring.
• Oversee financial, operational, and quality performance of assigned projects with appropriate resourcing.
• Contribute to business development, including proposals, budgeting, and client presentations.
• Represent Medical Safety internally and externally to support organizational objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement through awareness of regulatory developments and pharmacovigilance trends.
• Provide global medical safety oversight across development and post‑marketing programs.
• Lead medical review of safety data, regulatory reports, risk management strategies, and benefit‑risk assessments.
• Manage medical safety projects with quality and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead and resource teams of physicians and safety professionals globally.
• Support business growth through client engagement and strategic initiatives.
