Capgemini Portugal is seeking a Junior AML Analyst (Global Markets) in Lisbon, offering hybrid work. You will review alerts, investigate suspicious payments, and support AML processes across jurisdictions while collaborating with Operations and Compliance teams.

Qualificações

• 1 year of experience in AML, KYC, Financial Crime Compliance, Banking Operations, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of AML, transaction monitoring and financial crime risks.
• Knowledge of financial products and Global Markets activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review and assess transaction monitoring alerts related to potential money laundering risks within agreed deadlines.
• Conduct investigations on suspicious payments and perform AML due diligence reviews.
• Close false positives or escalate cases to AML Level 2 teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails to support alert reviews and resolutions.
• Liaise with Operations and Compliance teams to ensure AML requirements across jurisdictions.
• Escalate critical issues, risks, and blockers to management in a timely manner.
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support team capacity management and operational delivery objectives.
