JoomPro, the first end-to-end cross-border B2B marketplace, is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to strengthen our analytics team in Lisbon. You will turn data into insights that drive smarter decisions, improve channel performance, and optimize marketing investments across markets.

You will build dashboards, analyze experiments, and forecast ROI while collaborating with teams in Portugal, Brazil, Latvia and China.

Qualificações

• Experience in data analysis and marketing analytics.
• Understanding of marketing KPIs, attribution models, and ad platform problems.
• Knowledge of statistics and applying it to data analysis.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries.
• Data analysis in Python and SQL.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate the effectiveness of advertising channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Set up and monitor statistical anomalies in metrics.
• Improve long-term payback prediction models.
• Generate hypotheses to improve acquisition feeds, creatives, and channel mix.
• Conduct data studies to uncover insights.
• Write ETL pipelines for data marts, alerts, and predictions.
• Ask 'why' and 'what problem are we solving'.
