Boston Consulting Group seeks a Global Marketing Senior Director – Content Discoverability in Lisbon. The role leads the full stack of content visibility across discovery surfaces, integrating AI-powered search and traditional SEO.

It requires coordinating a global team, tech governance, and a multi‑million dollar budget to drive commercial impact. The position sits at the intersection of editorial strategy, digital product, and marketing technology, reporting to marketing leadership.

Qualificações

• 15+ years in SEO, web content marketing, and/or digital marketing.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in website evolution, content optimization, and search.
• Experience developing Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Own the strategic roadmap for BCG.com, including site architecture and tagging models.
• Define end-to-end content discoverability strategy across traditional SEO and GEO.
• Lead a globally dispersed team and manage budget with measurable returns.
• Define KPIs linking discoverability to business outcomes and report to senior leadership.
• Oversee web development, publishing workflows, and collaboration with Product Owners.
