Empa-T in Mafra, Portugal is seeking an IT Recruiter to identify, attract, and engage top technology professionals across national and international markets. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions and collaborate with Business Managers.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms, screen and interview, build talent pipelines, and ensure a great candidate experience while supporting employer branding and continuous improvement of recruitment.
