Job summary

iTRTech Group is seeking a Senior IT Strategy & Innovation Advisor for a hybrid role in Porto/Gaia. You will shape global IT strategy, governance, and organizational transformation while collaborating with IT leadership and cross-functional teams.

The role requires 7+ years in IT strategy, governance, and transformation, plus strong communication, stakeholder management, and AI awareness. English fluency is mandatory; 1 day per week in the office is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in IT Strategy, IT Governance, Digital Transformation, Innovation Management, Management Consulting, or Organizational Transformation.
• Strong experience in IT Strategy development, execution, and strategic planning.
• Proven knowledge of IT Governance, Innovation Management, and Organizational Performance Management.
• Experience defining strategic roadmaps, governance frameworks, and Target Operating Models.
• Strong Stakeholder Management and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
• Experience with Change Management, Executive Reporting, and strategic decision support.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies, digitalization, technology innovation, and AI concepts.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent English for communication with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve global IT Strategy and Innovation Frameworks.
• Define strategic priorities and translate them into actionable roadmaps, governance routines, and performance measures.
• Coordinate strategic initiatives, management reviews, and cross-functional alignment activities.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and technology trend analysis to identify innovation opportunities.
• Support IT Governance, Organizational Transformation, and Target Operating Model improvements.
• Drive innovation management, change management, and transformation enablement initiatives.
• Prepare executive presentations, strategic analyses, and management decision materials.
• Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and AI-enabled ways of working across global IT teams.
