Olympus is seeking a senior IT Finance professional to lead financial planning for the global IT organization in Portugal. You will own budgets, forecasts and cost control, partnering with IT leaders and regional teams to enable strategic decisions and efficient capital allocation.

The role requires strong Excel skills, financial modeling and a track record in complex, multinational environments. The position offers a hybrid setup and comprehensive health and learning benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven IT Finance experience with budgeting, forecasting and reporting for large IT organizations.
• Experience in consulting and/or large organizations and start-up/scale-up environments is desirable.
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, performance management and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Own IT budgets and 3-5 year financial plans for the global IT organization.
• Coordinate IT budgets, financial performance tracking, KPI monitoring, forecasting, variance analysis and reporting across regions and business units.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, optimize costs and support cost-saving initiatives.
• Develop and maintain IT financial models, reporting frameworks and cost allocation methodologies.
• Consolidate forecasts and provide insights and explanations for budget variances.
• Support IT financial risk management, internal controls, governance processes and compliance including J-SOX.
