Olympus Medical Products Portugal is seeking an Enterprise Architect to lead the technology vision across HR, Finance, Corporate & Compliance. You will align strategy with business priorities and industry standards, guiding investments and reference architectures.

The role requires collaboration with BRM, Solution Delivery, Security, Data, and IT teams to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable solutions globally. A strong architectural background and TOGAF/Zachman experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of Enterprise Architecture experience in a global organization.
• 5-10+ years of IT experience across architecture disciplines.
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain technology vision and standards for HR, Finance, Corporate & Compliance domains.
• Align architecture strategy with business priorities and enterprise standards.
• Assess emerging technologies, trends, risks, and strategic options.
• Provide architecture guidance for major initiatives and investment decisions.
• Develop current-state and target-state architectures across applications, data, and integration.
• Lead design and assurance for strategic programs, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Drive lifecycle management, rationalization, and decommissioning of legacy systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory, security, and privacy requirements are met.
• Guide data and integration architecture across platforms and analytics solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and user experience within governance.
