KPP Search Ltd in Lisbon is seeking an experienced internal audit professional to own complex international assignments within a global organisation. You will lead audits across markets, engage senior stakeholders and drive value through data and technology.

The role offers exposure to diverse business areas, strong governance focus and opportunities to develop methodologies and mentor junior team members. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualificações

• Significant audit experience in large or multinational organisations.
• Proven ability to lead audits from planning to final reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of time.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver complex, end-to-end audits across international operations.
• Own audit planning, scoping, fieldwork, reporting and follow-up.
• Identify risks and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Present audit findings to senior management.
• Work with teams across countries to strengthen governance and internal controls.
• Use data analytics to enhance audit quality and insight.
• Contribute to development of audit methodologies and tools.
• Coach and review junior audit team members.
