Siemens Energy is seeking an engineer to support modernization projects for gas-fired and combined-cycle plants, focusing on control and instrumentation systems. You will develop I&C concepts, validate software, and present results to customers as you help drive energy efficiency across sites worldwide.

The role requires a technical degree in electrical/automation/power engineering, English fluency, and willingness to travel up to 30%. German skills are desirable.

Qualificações

• Technical degree in electrical, automation, power, or related engineering.
• Good knowledge of electrical engineering with power plant experience preferred.
• Experience or interest in turbine control technology is a plus.
• Willingness to travel worldwide up to ~30%.
• Business fluent English; German skills are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Take on modernization tasks for gas-fired and CC power plants.
• Prepare I&C concepts for plant modernization.
• Validate software against hardware or simulators during tests.
• Present engineering results clearly to customers.
• Commission tested software at global sites to improve efficiency.
