Forvia Faurecia in Portugal is seeking a VIE HR Controlling to support global corporate headcount planning from Santa Maria da Feira. You will partner with Corporate HR and Finance to align workforce decisions with budgets and forecasts.

You will drive workforce analytics, dashboards, and scenario analyses, enabling senior leadership to make informed decisions. The role offers an international, multicultural environment and strong development opportunities.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical capabilities with attention to detail.
• Experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision support is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor worldwide Corporate/Headquarters headcount evolution and budgets.
• Coordinate hiring governance and validate recruitment against forecasts.
• Support creation of workforce forecasts and scenario analyses.
• Develop HR dashboards and provide ad hoc analyses for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and TOD teams on governance and data quality.
