Bosch Group is seeking a Hardware & Software Test System Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team responsible for industrializing complex testing systems for radar, instrumentation, chassis control, and ADAS technologies. You will support development of safer and more reliable automotive systems used worldwide.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field, plus about 3 years of experience in hardware/software development and strong knowledge of automotive testing processes.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in hardware and software development or similar roles is preferred.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop concepts and designs for new test systems.
• Write requirement specifications and support machinery development processes.
• Follow up with suppliers during construction, assembly, and validation of new machinery.
• Train operators and maintenance teams on operation, calibration, and maintenance of complex equipment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative test solutions.
