Job summary

Muehlhan Wind Service is seeking a Wind Turbine Technician with GE Onshore experience to join international projects worldwide. The role involves installation, maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting, and service of GE wind turbine platforms across diverse environments, with a 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation schedule and international travel.

Candidates will support various project needs, read technical docs, ensure safety and quality, and participate in global energy transition efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, and Hydraulic systems.
• Previous experience working on GE Onshore wind turbine platforms (GE 1X, 2X, 3X, Cypress, ECO74/80/100) is mandatory.
• English language skills with a minimum level of B1/B2.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection, and repair activities on GE wind turbines.
• Support commissioning, service, retrofit, and operational activities according to project requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults.
• Execute technical interventions following OEM procedures and safety standards.
• Read and interpret technical documentation, manuals, drawings, and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements at all times.
• Report technical findings and completed work accurately and in a timely manner.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and efficient project delivery.
