Confidential Careers is seeking a Financial & Administrative Specialist for our Portuguese subsidiary. This role blends local financial operations with exposure to international corporate finance, supporting leadership and global finance teams.

The successful candidate will handle financial administration, project-related finances, and corporate reporting, contributing to timely closing and accurate analyses across units in multiple countries.

Qualificações

• 3 to 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative finance roles.
• Solid understanding of Portuguese accounting and tax regulations.
• Experience in treasury management, collections, supplier management, and invoicing.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience handling large data sets.
• Native Portuguese speaker with intermediate Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Manage treasury activities, including cash flow monitoring and banking operations.
• Oversee accounts receivable and collections processes.
• Manage supplier relationships, invoices, and payment cycles.
• Ensure accurate financial documentation and administrative compliance.
• Coordinate customer invoicing processes and monitor project financials.
