Overview

We are looking for a Global Process Expert who is passionate about transforming finance processes and driving performance through standardization, automation, and governance. This role will give you the chance to shape global finance operations, support tool deployments, and contribute directly to building future-ready processes and structures that drive efficiency, control, and business impact.

Your Mission
  • Design, implement, and document global finance processes across areas such as R2R, P2P, O2C, Controlling, and FP&A.
  • Lead and support initiatives to simplify workflows, automate activities, and reduce manual tasks.
  • Support global tool deployments (e.g., SAP S/4, BI solutions, Concur, OneStream) and ensure successful adoption.
  • Contribute to building the finance transformation roadmap, collecting demand from stakeholders and prioritizing initiatives.
  • Help establish governance structures that ensure alignment, accountability, and disciplined execution across regions.
  • Drive global alignment of finance practices while respecting local compliance requirements.
  • Lead training, knowledge sharing, and change management activities to support adoption of new processes.
  • Build finance capability across regions by facilitating collaboration and best practice sharing
  • Partner with Group Finance, IT, and regional teams to ensure buy-in and engagement.
  • Strengthen financial governance and support audit readiness by enhancing internal controls.
  • Analyze existing workflows, identify process gaps, and implement best-in-class practices.
  • Monitor performance, recommend improvements, and ensure continuous alignment with strategic goals.
Your Profile
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years in finance, accounting, or transformation roles within a multinational environment
  • Broad understanding of finance processes and controls
  • Strong process design and documentation skills (Visio or similar)
  • Knowledge of finance systems (SAP ECC / S4, BI tools)
  • Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and process improvement orientation
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills
  • High autonomy, initiative, and structured working style
  • Fluent in English
