Data Analyst Porto £40,000 plus benefits Hybrid working
This role supports the Global Supply Management Performance Finance team in delivering accurate, efficient, and insightful reporting of key Supply Management KPIs at a global level. The position plays a key role in enhancing reporting visibility, improving processes, driving automation initiatives, and supporting the development of a global finance network. Working closely with finance, systems, and regional teams, you will help transform performance reporting through data analytics, process improvements, and innovative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting & Analysis – Support the end-to-end delivery of monthly performance reporting, including KPI reporting, actual performance snapshots, and inflation analysis. Assist in the preparation of quarterly business reviews, portfolio reporting, reconciliations, and stakeholder reporting requirements. Continuously improve and automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and consistency. Provide ad hoc financial reporting and analysis to support business decision‑making.
- Process Improvement & Systems – Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes through automation and innovative reporting solutions. Document finance systems and reporting processes to support standardisation across global regions. Support the development and implementation of enhanced data management and reporting capabilities. Projects & Transformation – Support digitalisation and finance transformation initiatives across the Supply Management function.
- Contribute to the development, enhancement, and implementation of new KPIs and reporting frameworks.
- Collaborate with finance, systems, and data teams to improve reporting effectiveness and business insights.
- Key Stakeholders: Global Finance Team, Finance Systems & Process Teams, Regional Finance Teams, Cross-functional operational stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- Advanced Excel and Power Point skills.

Experience & Qualifications
- Degree educated and/or professionally qualified accountant.
- 3+ years of relevant finance, reporting, or analytical experience.
- Experience operating within an international or global business environment is advantageous.

- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Power Point, and Power BI.
- Experience with data capture, reporting, analytical tools, and systems preferred.
