Agap2IT Portugal in Porto seeks a Bi/Data Business Analyst (Hybrid) to support the Global Supply Management Performance Finance team with KPI reporting, analytics, and automation initiatives.

You will collaborate with finance, systems, and regional teams to enhance performance reporting and drive data-driven improvements, while delivering monthly reports and quarterly reviews. Fluent English and advanced Excel/Power BI skills are required.

Qualificações

• Degree educated and/or professionally qualified accountant.
• 3+ years of relevant finance, reporting, or analytical experience.
• Fluent English required; additional languages beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly performance reporting including KPI reporting and snapshots.
• Assist in quarterly business reviews, portfolio reporting, reconciliations, stakeholder reporting requirements.
• Continuously improve and automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide ad hoc financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
• Document finance systems and reporting processes to support standardisation across regions.
• Support the development and implementation of enhanced data management and reporting capabilities.

Overview

This role supports the Global Supply Management Performance Finance team in delivering accurate, efficient, and insightful reporting of key Supply Management KPIs at a global level. The position plays a key role in enhancing reporting visibility, improving processes, driving automation initiatives, and supporting the development of a global finance network. Working closely with finance, systems, and regional teams, you will help transform performance reporting through data analytics, process improvements, and innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end delivery of monthly performance reporting, including KPI reporting, actual performance snapshots, and inflation analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly business reviews, portfolio reporting, reconciliations, and stakeholder reporting requirements.
• Continuously improve and automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.
• Provide ad hoc financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.

Reporting & Analysis

• Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes through automation and innovative reporting solutions.
• Document finance systems and reporting processes to support standardisation across global regions.
• Support the development and implementation of enhanced data management and reporting capabilities.

Projects & Transformation

• Support digitalisation and finance transformation initiatives across the Supply Management function.
• Contribute to the development, enhancement, and implementation of new KPIs and reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with finance, systems, and data teams to improve reporting effectiveness and business insights.

Experience & Qualifications

• Degree educated and/or professionally qualified accountant.
• 3+ years of relevant finance, reporting, or analytical experience.
• Experience operating within an international or global business environment is advantageous.
• Fluent English required;
  additional languages beneficial.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Experience with data capture, reporting, analytical tools, and systems preferred.
