Descrição da oferta de emprego

We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to oversee the financial and commercial performance of a major global contract spanning EMEA, Latin America and North America. This position offers significant exposure to complex, multi-regional operations and a diverse portfolio of integrated workplace services. You will act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, providing the insight and governance required to strengthen profitability, support commercial decisions and advance long-term transformation plans. The role will also serve as the account's Data Champion, promoting reliable information, robust governance and compliance across key financial and operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

You will deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, including budgets, forecasts, actual results, performance commentary and variance analysis. The position will support month-end activities, coordinate strategic financial planning and provide financial expertise for business cases and investment decisions. It will lead the commercial change-control process, ensuring that contract amendments are financially sound, properly approved and aligned with contractual obligations.

The role will monitor receivables and debt performance, identify financial and commercial trends, and work closely with operational teams to develop profitability, efficiency and organic growth initiatives. It will prepare and contribute to regular client business reviews, annual planning cycles and year-end forecasts while maintaining financial transparency across all regions.

Strong relationships will be developed with client representatives, internal leadership, regional finance teams, country operations and supply-chain partners. The Senior Finance Manager will chair finance meetings when required, deliver training on contractual and commercial processes, and encourage the consistent adoption of best practices across multiple geographies. It will also provide cover for the Global Finance Director when necessary and may involve occasional regional travel.

Requirements

You have at least a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline. A recognised professional accounting qualification will be considered an advantage. The position requires substantial financial leadership experience gained within an international, multi-country or matrix environment, together with strong commercial exposure and a proven ability to partner effectively with operational teams and client organisations.

You will demonstrate advanced analytical ability, strategic judgement and a thorough understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, working-capital management and commercial governance. Experience using financial systems and maintaining high standards of data accuracy and compliance is essential. The role also requires the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, practical recommendations for both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Excellent relationship-building, communication and influencing skills are indispensable, alongside confident leadership and the ability to manage competing regional and local priorities. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach, supported by strong business acumen and sound commercial judgement. Full professional fluency in spoken and written English is required, while knowledge of additional European languages will be a plus!
