Henner Group in Lisbon/Madrid/Tunis seeks a General Services Coordinator to ensure smooth operations, safety, and working environment optimization across sites. You will manage service providers, regulatory compliance, and cross-border support, with occasional accounting-related tasks.

Responsibilities include supervising fit-out projects, stock management, access control, maintenance, budget monitoring, and ISO 27001 compliance. International travel may be required.

Qualificações

• You hold a two-year higher education diploma (Bac+2) in administrative management or secretarial work.
• You are fluent in English, French, and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
• You have a good command of Microsoft Office tools and an interest in IT tools.
• You are adaptable with strong interpersonal and organizational skills and a structured approach.
• You can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in fit-out and workspace projects and monitor progress.
• Manage orders, stock, and supplies; oversee access control and safety.
• Supervise maintenance and upkeep of premises and safety compliance.
• Ensure buildings meet company needs and provide a safe, comfortable environment.
• Coordinate with service providers, contracts, and invoice control.
• Support international sites and travel as needed, plus potential GS Officer management.
