Job summary

Greenvolt Next Holding in Lisbon (or Madrid) seeks a Contract Senior Manager to safeguard contractual and commercial interests across large-scale EPC and PPA projects. You will advise C-suite and project directors, interpret obligations, manage variations and claims, and drive risk management and contractual awareness across multidisciplinary teams.

Role requires English proficiency and at least two of Portuguese, Spanish, Italian or French, plus a minimum of 15 years' international contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Law is required.
• Minimum of 15 years' experience in contract and commercial management for large-scale EPC and PPA projects.
• Experience with IFRS 16 rules and international contracts (FIDIC Yellow Book, NEC3).
• Strong familiarity with project management and risk tools.
• Proven ability to manage high-value contracts and complex claims in international settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert interpretation of contracts and subcontracts for project teams and leadership.
• Draft and coordinate contractual communications with clients and subcontractors.
• Lead preparation of variation proposals and value engineering proposals.
• Manage development and defence of claims including EOT, loss and expense, and change orders.
• Maintain robust records to support variation and claim substantiation.
• Educate project teams on contractual obligations and best practices.
• Own and coordinate Risk & Opportunities processes across DG BU's.
