Air Liquide ALEBS is seeking a Data Mining Analyst to support the Group Transformation team. You will explore, analyze, and model data to identify simplification levers, map end-to-end processes, and deliver actionable insights driving operational excellence across our global footprint.

The role requires a Master’s or Engineering degree in a quantitative field and 3–5 years of relevant experience as data miner/analyst/scientist in transformation contexts.

Qualificações

• Master’s Degree or Engineering Degree in Data Science, Big Data, Statistics, Business Intelligence, or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Extract, clean, and structure large volumes of data from heterogeneous Group sources.
• Perform Process Mining analyses to map, audit, and optimize end-to-end processes.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and organizational silos through data.
• Develop analytical, descriptive, and predictive models to support strategic transformation decisions.
• Collaborate with Process Owners and business teams to translate data insights into concrete action plans.
• Design and automate dashboards to track the impact of transformation initiatives.
