Job summary

AXA Group Operations is seeking a Data Integration Specialist to join an international team responsible for delivering and maintaining integrated solutions across product, project, security and architecture teams. You will work on end-to-end design, testing and documentation while aligning with business needs.

You will collaborate with clients and stakeholders worldwide, develop complex workflows with Informatica CDI and Talend, and contribute to ongoing improvements in data integration

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Integration Specialist
• Experience with internal and external providers in an international context
• Degree in Computer Science or similar education

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and develop solutions per detailed designs.
• Plan, design and run test phases, including defect management, to support quality.
• Develop incremental improvements that respond to changing functionality requirements and enhance existing systems.
• Analyze critical situations, perform symptom checks, and define and implement recovery plans.
• Conduct end-to-end trend analysis using infrastructure and application data.
• Create, monitor and adapt project work plans while tracking timing and budgets.
• Manage user experience, testing and final product quality, while maintaining complete and up-to-date project documentation.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, coordinating with the right teams to support stakeholder satisfaction and move projects forward.
