AXA Group Operations in Lisbon seeks a Data Integration Developer to drive the migration from on-premise Informatica to CDI/CDI‑PC in a multinational setting. You will design, test and document new data integration solutions and support migration of PowerCenter jobs to CDI environments.

The role requires OpenShift/Kubernetes, Azure, Unix scripting, and DevOps/CI‑CD practices, with autonomy and strong communication across delivery teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Integration Developer in a project environment.
• Experience migrating legacy Informatica solutions to Informatica CDI-PC/CDI and implementing complex jobs/workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the implementation of Informatica CDI-PC and CDI solutions during the transition to cloud-based platforms.
• Participate in design, testing, and documentation of new data integration solutions.

• Define and promote best practices, guidelines and optimization approaches for data integration.

Main missions

Your Responsibilities Include

• Contribute to the implementation of Informatica CDI-PC and Informatica CDI solutions as part of the transition from on-premise platforms.
• Participate in the design, testing, and documentation of new data integration solutions.
• Support the migration of existing Informatica PowerCenter jobs to Informatica CDI environments.
• Assist project teams and AXA entities throughout migration and transformation activities.
• Advise on solution architecture and data integration patterns.
• Provide Level 3 expertise and support to delivery teams.
• Define and promote best practices, guidelines, and optimization approaches for data integration solutions.
• Conduct research and development activities while ensuring compliance with security guidelines.

Expected Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Integration Developer working in a project environment.
• Experience migrating legacy Informatica solutions to Informatica CDI-PC/CDI and implementing complex jobs and workflows.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in Informatica CDI, Informatica CDI-PC, and on-premise Informatica tools.
• Proven experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes technologies.
• Knowledge of Azure.
• Experience with DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD.
• Experience with Unix scripting.

Soft Skills / Transversal Skills

• Ability to work autonomously and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and international environments.
• Adaptability when working with different stakeholders and teams.
• Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully both verbally and in writing.
