Axians Portugal is seeking a CyberProgram Analyst to assess cybersecurity maturity across international entities and ensure compliance with security standards and risk frameworks. You will drive cyber resilience, evaluate controls, and support governance across the organization.

You will deploy maturity evaluations, guide entities on evidences, and report progress to the governance board while collaborating with IT providers to continuously improve the program.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of IT Continuity and Backup Management incl. DORA
• Understanding of cryptography concepts incl. key/certificate management
• Knowledge of network security incl. micro-segmentation and hardening
• familiarity with security frameworks like NIST or equivalent
• General understanding of IT, cybersecurity processes and regulatory frameworks
• Knowledge of IT risk management
• Strong analytical and assessment capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English; French is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Deploy the maturity evaluation process across entities in your perimeter
• Help entities understand requirements and provide evidences
• Evaluate entity submissions against assessments across entities
• Communicate changes impacting entities
• Facilitate collaboration between Group IT providers and entities
• Document assessment results for governance reporting
• Develop internal projects to enhance the Cyber Program evaluation process

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Certifications in cybersecurity (CISSP/CISM)
