About BPO at CEVA Logistics

BPO (Business Process Optimization) involves an agreement exchanging services and expertise to increase efficiency across Europe at CEVA Logistics. Our BPO focuses on:

Role: Procurement and Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow customer requirements and standard operating procedures;
  • Set up and monitor internal procedures to improve productivity and transparency;
  • Use various IT tools, including our TMS;
  • Analyze markets to support European performance;
  • Conduct research, negotiations, and monitoring to maximize value for e-commerce and marketplace clients;
  • Make data-driven decisions and anticipate future trends.

Must Have:

  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written);
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel;
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills;
  • Organizational skills, dynamism, entrepreneurial spirit, and teamwork;
  • High attention to detail;
  • Interest in market analysis;
