Bosch Group in Braga seeks a Customer Order & Production Planner to connect customer demand with production capabilities and ensure reliable deliveries. You will work with internal and external teams to plan production, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.

Ideally, you will have Lean manufacturing knowledge, English proficiency, and willingness to travel. The role emphasizes collaboration, data analysis, and proactive problem-solving in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
• Experience in production planning or related manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office; Lean manufacturing principles.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and negotiate production planning with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment between customer demand and production capabilities.
• Develop and implement production plans in line with annual sales forecasts and business requirements.
• Manage production leveling, monitor key performance indicators and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate customer shipments and manage potential bottlenecks to support delivery targets.
• Contribute to industrialization and continuous improvement initiatives, supporting efficient and sustainable production processes.
