The Bosch Group, Inc. in Aveiro, Portugal is looking for a Purchasing Operational and Execution professional. You will own ordering processes, optimize price agreements, govern master data, and support market inquiries while ensuring data integrity across our IT systems.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong SAP and Excel skills, and fluency in English. A proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks in a global environment are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operational purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
• Ability to identify and support process improvements.
• Strong IT system skills, especially SAP, and data handling with Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of ordering processes to streamline operations.
• Manage and update price agreements ensuring data quality.
• Administer and maintain purchasing master data for accuracy.
• Support market inquiries and supplier evaluation activities.
• Maintain purchasing data and transactions across IT platforms.
• Oversee loan contracts for inventories with compliance.
• Support internal controls and risk management.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvements.
