Siemens Energy is seeking a commissioning engineer to test and commission turbine and generator control systems and to troubleshoot and optimize automation processes. You will collaborate with international teams and customers at sites worldwide, ensuring cybersecurity and high-quality delivery.

The role supports decarbonization efforts and involves travel from one week to months, with mentors and a global professional network to develop expertise.

Qualificações

• Degree or technical qualification in automation or related field.
• Experience range from graduate to experienced engineer.
• Basic knowledge of industrial automation systems; familiarity with S7, PCS7, or T3000 is a plus.
• Good written and spoken English; strong communication and collaboration skills; curious and solution-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Commission control and protection systems for new installations and modernization projects.
• Test, diagnose, and resolve hardware/software issues via structured troubleshooting.
• Optimize automation and control processes, including cybersecurity requirements.
• Collaborate with international project teams and customers to ensure successful project execution.
• Contribute to reliable and sustainable power generation through high-quality commissioning.
• Support project delivery and operational performance at customer sites worldwide.
