Hexa People is seeking a Senior leader to own the global Supply Master Data processes and Target Operating Model across an international transformation. You will shape processes spanning Sites, Products & Items, Catalogues and Pricing, aligning Procurement, Master Data, Business Process Management and Technology.

You will drive standardisation, enable regional adoption, strengthen data governance and identify automation opportunities to deliver measurable business value.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• Extensive experience in Procurement/Purchasing processes with transformation and global process ownership.
• Strong understanding of Master Data governance and enterprise technology.
• Proven ability to lead transformation across complex international matrix organisations and influence senior stakeholders.

We are looking for a Global Business Process Owner to shape the future of Supply Master Data across an international organisation undergoing major transformation.

You will own the global process framework and Target Operating Model covering Sites, Products & Items, Catalogues and Pricing. This is a strategic transformation role at the intersection of Procurement, Master Data, Business Process Management and Technology.

You will drive global standardisation whilst enabling regional adoption, strengthening data governance and identifying opportunities to use automation, analytics and AI to create measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve global Supply Master Data processes and Target Operating Models, ensuring scalable, efficient and compliant ways of working.
• Drive global process harmonisation, supporting countries and regions through gap assessment, transition planning and adoption of the global core model.
• Lead digital and process innovation, identifying and scaling opportunities across AI, automation, analytics and procurement technologies.
• Establish process and data performance frameworks, including KPIs covering quality, maturity, adoption, efficiency and business value.
• Lead the global stakeholder ecosystem, connecting Procurement, business teams, IT and regional SMEs whilst coaching a team of Business Analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in Procurement/Purchasing processes combined with business process transformation, operational excellence or global process ownership.
• Strong understanding of Master Data governance and enterprise technology
• Proven ability to lead transformation across complex international matrix organisations, influence senior stakeholders and convert business requirements into scalable technology-enabled solutions.
